He is Risen! What an amazing few months we have had during this Easter season. I cannot say thank you enough to everyone that coordinated events, decorated, cleaned, baked, cooked, and went above and beyond. I am truly blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful, caring people. Now, with spring upon us, the Council has been hard at work brainstorming and planning engaging events throughout the summer. To kick off the warm weather, we will be having a “Hats off to Mom” service on Mother’s Day. Ladies, please wear a fancy hat of your choice in honor of all that you do. Regardless if you have children of your own, we believe all women should wear hats to this special service in honor of your strength, courage, and compassion. Also, please mark your calendars for May 18. On this day, we will be planting flowers around the church beginning at 10:00 am followed by our annual Flower Sale at noon to benefit the Youth and Family Department.
